Notices for the week beginning 18th July
Headlines
St Andrew’s
Parish Trip
The trip to Dunkeld Cathedral and Birnam attracted a record number of participants and was accompanied by warm sunshine. Our thanks to Hilary Gunkel, the organizer whose skill ensured the day ran smoothly and enjoyably
Church Garden
An anonymous person continues to devote labour and love to the grounds at St Andrew’s to the extent that it has never looked better. Thank you for all that has been done.
Alistair and Mary Barclay
With great sadness yesterday St Andrew’s bade what is hoped in only ‘au revoir’ to Alistair and Mary who over the past years have been a tower of strength to St Andrews in any number of ways. Our thanks for their service and friendship and best wishes for their move north later this week.
St Mary’s
Third at Three concert series.
The first of these was held yesterday afternoon when an encouraging number came to listen to Gallic music performed by Feis Fhorit. The remainder of this season’s concerts are noted in this issue of the bulletin: please transfer these dates to your diary now! Thank toy Elizabeth, Mary-Clare and Christopher for your vision and enthusiasm.
The Linkage – paper copies
The Bulletin is transmitted by email to save costs. Inevitably those without computers can often be devoid of news. Thanks to Amanda and Sandra, paper copies are distributed weekly around St Andrew’s parish. From this Sunday onwards copies will be found at St Mary’s. Please make this generally known and take a copy for anyone you feel might benefit.

who sent your Holy Spirit

who is alive and reigns with you,
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, now and for ever.
