Notices for week beginning 22nd May 2017

St Mary’s Third Sunday at Three Concert series

The concert yesterday was well attended and appreciated. Thanks to those whose Herculean efforts and planning made this possible.

This Thursday, Ascension Day will be marked by an Area Council Festal Eucharist at St Mary’s starting at 19.30. The music accompanying these services has always been of an excellent standard.

St Mary’s Garden

Thanks to Julie Edmonstone, Mary Bates and others who contributed to the overhaul of the raised flowerbed at the west end of the grounds. The improvement is enormous as is the refurbishment of the Snowball seat by Mark Seymour

The identity of the person who plants the tubs along the south wall of the church remains unknown. Whoever you might be, your time and effort is greatly appreciated by all concerned!
